help for Military Service Members and

their families Affected by Hurricane Ike!

We are receiving calls from many of our active service members and wounded warriors in the Houston/Galveston area who have been affected by Hurricane Ike. Our immediate need is to help our heroes with some of the basic essentials or replacement of household items, and transportation.


Thank you for your help and support. We will continue to keep you updated on our website for additional items that are needed.
 

We need assistance with the following:

 

  1. Family Clothing / Children / Infant
  2. Temporary Veterans Housing
  3. Reconstruction Assistance
  4. Temporary Transportation
  5. Gift Cards for Food, House Bills and Gasoline
  6. Job Placement
  7. Clinic Visits For Medical Issues
  8. Assistance with Pharmaceutical Medication Orders

                               

We are asking for your help with monetary donations and gift cards so that we can send these gift cards to our families in need.  Please help by sending monetary donations or gift cards by donating on-line by clicking on the Donate Now button on the left side of this page.

Texas Veterans Resource Commission (TVRC) is a non-profit 501 (c)(3) organization and business partner providing a transitional residential living community and wellness/research facility in Lancaster, Texas focusing on improving the quality of life for our growing veteran population.

TVRC established USA-Heroes.com "to provide a charitable platform where donations from ordinary people will help build residential and wellness communities that will help to increase research on factors that affect both men and women as they transition back into daily life. We are giving back to our veterans for our day-to-day freedom."
